Building a Garden

Building this garden was overwhelming at first, so I started to look at this process like a fitness journey. I set a goal (dig the ivy out and plant a garden) and the then I had results (plants flourishing in the warm months). I set tiny goals at first by digging one square foot at a time.  I didn’t kill myself and before I knew it I had a plot of beautiful soil waiting to take in baby plants. Mindset was everything during this process, as is setting goals to lose weight, build strength and muscle.
